Clarion Housing needed to improve the relationship dynamic between landlords and residents. The campaign revolved around increasing engagement from tenants and finding cost-efficient solutions to deliver the best service possible.
A series of semi-animated films tell the story of the ‘Two Way Street’. It explores how landlords and tenants can work together to create the best living dynamic for both parties.
The animations were delivered with Tribe Communications as part of their broader strategy including digital, social, print and community event campaigns.
