Nokia Motion Graphics and Viral Campaigns
From the sublime to the ridiculous
International social media agency 1000heads appointed Omni to support them on a number of online films for telecoms giant Nokia. These films have ranged from high-end animations, to online live action viral campaigns - some of which have attracted some pretty interesting results.
1000heads pride themselves on being disruptive, and we have loved joining them on some pretty surreal journeys that have included an early Facebook API tie in campaign which, when logged in, pulled in the viewers images into elements of the moving content - creating a fully immersive experience.
Also, to highlight how ideal their new Lumia 2520 tablet was for both work and play - we produced a 'Business at the front, party at the back' Nokia ‘Mullet’ viral film.
The film went on to win the coveted Adweek ‘Ad of the Day’ award and was named ‘The oddest tablet spot ever’, and rightly so, it was indeed really quite odd…but then again it also went on to generate over 500,000+ views.
