Crown Prosecution Service | Can you deliver justice?
Reaching audiences with real employees and real casesAs part of the National Uplift Programme the Crown Prosecution Service started a recruitment drive. They required a series of films to attract lawyers to criminal law.
Developed for Roast Productions with Havas, the concept for the films uses real employees and real cases. The films explore the employee’s involvement in cases and their first most memorable experience. The aim is to intrigue the audience and remind them why the CPS’ work is interesting and the type of law that inspires others to become lawyers.
The benefits of being a lawyer for the CPS are communicated throughout the films. They focus on the challenging and exciting work that is carried out in a supportive environment, whilst employees maintain a balanced quality of life.
“I believe that the video and social media campaign were integral to the success of this critical recruitment exercise.”
