Every TV and radio ad in the UK has to be cleared before it can be broadcast: scripts approved, claims substantiated, the finished film checked and delivered to the right specification. It is fiddly, the rules change, and a late rejection can cost a campaign its launch date.

We clear scripts with Clearcast and Radiocentre, manage the copy instructions on Caria and deliver through Peach, for our own productions and for agencies and brands who have a finished ad and need it on air. If a claim is going to be a problem we say so at script stage, not the day before transmission.
