The Boarding School Bomber

A teenager's journey into extremism

The Boarding School Bomber is a true story of how and why a public schoolboy became a would-be suicide bomber.

Starring Adam Deacon (Adulthood, Kidulthood) this hour long documentary-drama tells the story of Isa Ibrahim, an educated, privileged schoolboy from Bristol, who in 2009 was arrested and convicted for planning a terrorist act on a Bristol shopping centre.

This compelling film, which was the debut BBC broadcast commission for Social Film Drama, received rave reviews as well as being named ‘Digital Choice’ in The Radio Times and ‘Pick of the Day’ in The Guardian.
