Tavistock Relationships | Parental Conflict
A series of dramatic scenes about parental conflictTavistock Relationships came to Omni to produce a series of stand alone dramatic ‘scenes’ highlighting the different ways of communicating during a potentially difficult family situation involving a child. They were ultimately used as part of an eLearning resource in partnership with CAFCASS by practitioners who work in couples counselling and the family courts.
Producing engaging, emotive and effective drama is challenging, and requires an empathetic and sensitive approach to ensure the final product supports what is often a difficult subject. At Omni we specialise in producing hard hitting drama and have won a plethora of prestigious awards over the years including a British Independent Film Awards (BIFA).
Each of the films featured a different set of actors, but they needed one pass with a negative situation and one pass showing how dealing with the situation in a different way could have a more positive outcome.
We only had one day to shoot all these scenes, and with actors and crew coming from all over the country scheduling was tight, but great planning and preparation meant everything went to plan and was delivered to the highest quality.
